Shipping and Handling

When you place an order for FleaTV, we estimate handling and flat-rate USPS shipping charges based on the number of items ordered. Expedited shipping is an additional cost; please contact our Customer Service Department at (877) 806-4746 for rates and availability. 


Returning a FleaTV DVD Purchased Directly From the FleaTV Web Site

You may return new, unopened DVDs (still in their original plastic wrap and in saleable condition) that you purchased directly from us within 30 days of receipt of shipment for a full refund, less shipping and handling charges.

Please return a defective DVD in its original packaging and we’ll exchange it for a new FleaTV DVD, plus pay the return postage costs (up to $4.95).

To initiate a return, simply log into your account, then go to My Account > Completed Orders > Return Item(s) and provide the information requested. We’ll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we’ve received and processed the returned item.

For your protection, refunds will be applied only to the credit card originally used to purchase FleaTV. You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of returning the product; however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

Returning a FleaTV DVD That You Purchased Somewhere Else

If you wish to return a FleaTV DVD but did not purchase it directly from us, you should return the DVD to the store where you originally purchased it, subject to that store’s return/exchange policies.
